After-Sales Service
Our lighting products are covered by a 20,000-hour warranty. During the warranty period, parts or accessories with manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Damage caused by improper use or human factors is not covered.

Packaging & Shipping
All lighting products are securely packed in export-standard cartons to protect them during international transportation. Our primary shipping method is sea freight, making it suitable for wholesale and bulk orders.

The usual production lead time is 40–60 working days, depending on the product type and level of customization. Customers may visit our factory for inspection or conduct a remote video inspection before shipment.
